Legacy Link Healer may only be used to scan and repair links on YouTube channels you own or have explicit permission to modify. By connecting a channel, you confirm you have the authority to edit its video descriptions.

You may not use this service to:

• Scan or modify channels you do not own or do not have explicit permission to edit
• Attempt to access another user's account, channel, or data
• Circumvent rate limits, quota safeguards, or other technical protections
• Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content via edited descriptions

Legacy Link Healer is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability at this stage, though we work to keep the service reliable and will communicate significant outages.

The "Estimated Monthly Revenue Loss" figure shown in your dashboard is calculated from industry-average assumptions you can edit (average monthly views, click-through rate, and commission rate). It is an estimate intended to illustrate the value of fixing broken links — it is not a guarantee of actual lost or recoverable revenue.

• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for a new subscription — contact support@legacylinkhealer.com to request a refund.

Scan results, discovered leaks, and any data generated from your own channels belong to you. We claim no ownership over your content or the results of scanning it. The Legacy Link Healer application, its code, and its branding remain our property.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the prohibited uses listed above. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
